New Reverse Cowgirl Poll: Should Spitzer Be Indicted?

I've posted a new Reverse Cowgirl Poll in the sidebar to your right. Should Eliot Spitzer be indicted? These days, the feds are lining up a series of deals involving the key players at Emperor's Club V.I.P., the latest being Emperor's Club head-honcho Mark Brener, who follows in the wake of day-to-day operations overseer Cecil Suwal and booker Temeka Rachelle Lewis. Here, Times sources predict these deals suggest prosecutors are preparing to decide whether or not to charge Spitzer. According to the Wall Street Journal, possible charges could include violating the Mann Act and/or structuring; ironically, most legal experts agree prostitution charges are unlikely.
