Late last Saturday night, I interviewed Siege, aka Clayton James Cubitt. Siege is a photographer who lives in Brooklyn. He blogs his work and his private life in photographs and words at The Daily Siege. Recently, he has been posting a series he calls "Damaged Doll." Their subject is Justine Joli. In his mind, she stands in the middle of a Venn diagram where porn, art, and fashion intersect. In my mind, she walks through the Valley of Pornography, unscathed, untouched. If you were here with me, I'd point at this photo, and I'd tell you, "This is what I mean to say."
