Over the last few days, I got more letters from johns. I posted a new one today. I also got an email from someone who said my sexual politics are warped. I responded. He responded. The gap was bridged, I suppose. As I said to him, the one thing about being a writer and journalist is that if you wear your politics on your sleeve, no one will tell you anything. And everyone knows writers are parasites that thrive on the stories of others. Since I launched Letters from Johns, I've been wondering if I would hear from working girls. If I should do another blog that's Letters from Hookers. I'll have to see how it goes.
