Haunting Video About...?

I found this amazing video on Nikola Tamindzic's Tumblr. It's inexplicably compelling, and it's called "In." The YouTube description reads: "strange drama: pregnant or not? crime or not? incest or not? love or not? kidnapped or not? lena or dave?... and hanna." It's hard to know what to say about it other than that. The short was directed by Philipp Hirsch and Heiko Tippelt, and there's more here.
