I don't quite know what to make of John Currin's new hardcore porn paintings. Jerry Saltz says it's cubist porn. Years ago, I had sushi with Currin and his wife in New York City. I talked about pornography with him a bit. Then he fed me Uni Nigiri with his hands. It was rather nice.
